• Be Board Certified physicians or an accredited practitioner of related and supporting medical specialties;
• Require proof of medical malpractice insurance;
• Pass a background check for disciplinary action;
• Submit to monthly status checks of their licenses;
• Submit to regularly scheduled site inspections to ensure that the highest standards of courtesy and professionalism are observed;
• Maintain offices that are well-kept and clean; and
• Be available to testify when needed.
