The ExamWorks Group, Inc. family companies are organized into four regions: Western, Central, Southern and Northeastern United States. Canada is managed from the Central region. The United Kingdom comprises a fifth geographic region. The geographies are managed by four regional vice presidents whose mandate is to manage and improve operations and service areas in their respective markets.
