ExamWorks Announces the Acquisition of Its First Three Companies.

July 14, 2008 — ExamWorks, Inc. announced the acquisitions of Southwest Medical Examination Services, Crossland Medical Review Services and CFO Medical Services.  Says COO/CFO Michael Bendit, “We have been working hard to find companies that offer us an entry into the medical evaluation world and fit our model of combining customized local service with excellent people.  By adding these three companies as the foundation in which ExamWorks will be built I am confident we have achieved our goals.”
