ExamWorks Announces Next Phase of Organizational Enhancements To Manage Accelerated Growth.

April 1, 2010 - ExamWorks, Inc. announced today the second phase of its regional organizational structure and reporting enhancements. The enhancements address the needs associated with the rapid pace of the company's growth. The changes will intensify the company's regional management focus and accelerate the rate at which the newly acquired companies are integrated into ExamWorks.

The new organizational structure enables increased oversight for each of the companies and locations within the western, central and eastern regions. The enhanced structure includes two new Regional Vice Presidents, Business Development and Finance and a new Director level position in the Human Resources function within each region. In addition, three new General Managers have been appointed. The appointment of the new General Managers will allow the current Vice Presidents to develop the family of companies' full operating potential and expand the service portfolio within and across their regions.

During 2010, management anticipates the completion of additional acquisitions of IME-related companies, expansion of its service portfolio and continuation of organic revenue growth. During the first quarter of 2010, six independent medical examination (IME) companies were acquired. The company added several new service offerings that include: physician and hospital bill review; medical bill repricing; and settlement negotiation services.
