IME Software Solutions Joins the ExamWorks Family.

July 8, 2009 — ExamWorks, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of IME Software Solutions, the makers of IME* Centric. IME*Centric is deployed in nearly 80 Independent Medical Examination and Review companies throughout the United States and Canada.

ExamWorks will be collaborating with IME*Centric to further develop and implement this software solution into their existing companies as well as future acquisitions. Presently IME*Centric is deployed in nearly 80 companies, representing 1000+ users who log on and use IME*Centric on a daily basis to manage cases relating to; but not limited to: workers' compensation, automobile casualty, FMLA, personal injury, long term disability, social security, etc.
