ExamWorks Acquires BMEGateway

October 1, 2010 — ExamWorks, Inc. announced today that it acquired the business of BMEGateway based in Woburn, Massachusetts. The company's portfolio of services includes independent medical examinations (IMEs), peer reviews, bill reviews, utilization reviews, pharmaceutical diagnostic analyses and IME-related services including dictation, transcription, translation and no show detection. BMEGateway has served the Northeast region since 1990 as well as the Mid-Atlantic region, Florida and New York markets.
