The current service offerings include: independent medical examinations peer review and bill review services.
Description
We are looking for an individual who understands what it takes to provide exceptional customer service. Applicants are required to be good team players with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and ship out medical records and/or film to examination locations
Coordinate movement of files and records throughout the entire process
Maintain internal files including filing and retrieval
Work with peers to ensure charts are managed by priority
Scanning and storing of records digitally
Internal contact for examination location
Communicate with clients, physicians, attorneys and claimants in an effective and professional manner via telephone and email
Requirements:
High School diploma
Prior computer experience including MS Word and Outlook
Working knowledge of office machines (copier, scanner, etc.)
Prior customer service or legal office experience helpful
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus
